FB777 Dragon Tiger is about as plain as a card game gets: a lone card per side, and whichever ranks higher takes the round. Where players slip is the tie. There are two tie bets with very different payouts, and the main bets have their own tie rule. This file clears up those mix-ups first, then walks through a round and the features worth knowing.
FB777 Dragon Tiger Mix-Ups and Their Fixes
The tie is where this simple game trips people.
What it is. Three errors seen at the table, each with the correction.
Problem: A player backs Tie expecting 50:1 and is paid 11:1.
Fix: Tie pays 11:1 whatever the suits. The 50:1 belongs to the Suited Tie alone, which needs matching suits on top of matching ranks. They are separate spots.
Problem: A Dragon or Tiger bet is left on and the round ties.
Fix: The table’s rules screen settles that question; guessing does not. Read that line on the rules screen before the first round.
Problem: A player arriving from baccarat waits for a third card.
Fix: Dragon Tiger deals one card per side. The round is over once both are face-up.
| Bet | Wins when | Payout on Evolution’s description |
|---|---|---|
| Dragon | Dragon’s card is higher | See the table’s paytable |
| Tiger | Tiger’s card is higher | See the table’s paytable |
| Tie | Both cards are equal, any suit | 11:1 |
| Suited Tie | Both cards equal and the same suit | 50:1 |
Why it matters. The payout gap between the two ties is almost fivefold. Backing the wrong spot changes a win by a large margin.
What to do. Point at each spot on the layout before betting, and say its payout to yourself once.
Dragon tiger: one round in four steps
- Bets open. Dragon, Tiger, Tie and Suited Tie take chips while the timer runs.
- Bets close. The dealer stops the window.
- Two cards. One is placed for Dragon, one for Tiger.
- Settle. The higher card wins; equal cards trigger the tie bets.
A whole round is a bet, two cards and a result. That brevity is the appeal, and also the reason a session can run through more rounds than planned. Count rounds as you play, not just pesos.
A paper tally of rounds played works fine. So does a phone timer set to the length of the session you planned.
FB777 Dragon Tiger Features: Speed, Simplicity and the Ties
Fast by design, and that cuts both ways.
What it is. Three traits that set the game apart from other live tables.
- Single-card rounds. No hand to build, so rounds move faster than at a blackjack seat.
- Two tie bets. 11:1 on any suit, 50:1 on a matching suit.
- Few decisions. One bet choice per round; nothing to hit, stand or squeeze.
Why it matters. Fast, simple rounds mean more bets an hour. A ₱50 main bet over 60 rounds is ₱3,000 in stakes, even before any tie bets.
What to do.
- Compare the pace with FB777 baccarat’s live rounds, the game Dragon Tiger is most often set beside.
- For dice instead of cards, see the FB777 sicbo bet list.
- Evolution’s site describes it on the same page as Super Sic Bo; the studio’s formats are filed at the FB777 Evolution formats file.

How to Get Started
-
Learn the three main spots
Dragon, Tiger and Tie. Find them on the table layout before the timer starts, along with the Suited Tie spot.
-
Read the tie rule for your main bet
The table, not habit, decides how a Dragon chip or a Tiger chip settles if the two cards tie. Find that line on its rules screen first.
-
Keep side bets small and rare
Both tie spots pay big for one reason: they seldom land. Use them as an occasional extra, never as the main plan.
