Why it matters. Some fees fell and the GCash ceilings rose, so older figures mislead. The June warning means fake licence pages are a live problem, not an old one.

What it is. Four older rules still stand.

  1. The wallet suspension. Since 16 August 2025 neither GCash nor Maya’s Lucky Games carries casino money, following BSP Memorandum M-2025-029.
  2. The age floor. 21, under PAGCOR’s rules, for every online gaming platform.
  3. E-sabong. Still suspended nationwide. Executive Order 9, December 2022, says so.
  4. Self-exclusion. Terms are still half a year, one year or five, and requests for online play are still filed at osea.pagcor.ph.

FB777’s printed cashier rules sit outside that calendar, and none of the dated changes above rewrote them. Deposits run through online banking at ₱100 to ₱100,000 each. Withdrawals run ₱100 to ₱50,000 and follow the valid-bet audit.   3. An “e-sabong is back” post with no order lifting EO 9 behind it.

  6. A “PAGCOR app” offered for download today; PAGCOR’s own target for its player app is December 2026.

Is e-sabong back in 2026?

No. EO 9 still stands. It was signed on 28 December 2022. PAGCOR's chairman said in September 2024 that reviving it was not being studied and that the agency would abide by the order.
